• Order Confirmation: Orders are accepted via our website, phone, or messaging platforms. Ensure all delivery and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
• Prices: All menu prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT, where applicable.
• Payment Method:
  • All payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided at checkout or by invoice.
  • Orders will only be processed upon confirmation of payment receipt.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery Areas: We deliver within selected local zones. Availability will be confirmed during ordering.
• Timing: We strive to meet delivery times but delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
• Collection: Orders for collection will be ready at your selected time slot.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Strict 24-Hour Policy:
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection time.
  • Refunds or changes are only permitted if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
• No Refunds for Change of Mind or Late Notice.
• Exceptional Cases: If there is a genuine issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item or compromised food quality), please contact us within 2 hours of receipt for review.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

Please disclose any food allergies or dietary needs when placing your order. We take precautions but cannot guarantee food is allergen-free due to shared preparation areas.
